Chelsea Bosak, AGACNP-BC

Chelsea is a board certified Acute Geriatric-Acute Acute Nurse Practitioner. Chelsea graduated Summa Cum Lade from Grand Canyon University in 2020, where she obtained her MSN. She has been an RN since 2012, where she worked in the Medical/Surgical ICU at Banner University Medical Center. She specializes in pulmonary medicine, including asthma, COPD, sleep apnea, IPF, and other various lung diseases. She is committed to helping her patients, treating their disease(s), and improving their quality of life.

Chelsea has been married to her husband since 2017 and they have two beautiful children, who are 3 and 1. She has a passion for health, fitness, and travel.
