Adam Bosak, MD, CIME
Dr. Bosak began his medical career in beautiful St. Martin in the Lesser Antilles at The American University of the Caribbean Medical School along with completing one year of medical training in London, England. After completion of his Internal Medicine Residency at The University of Missouri he moved out west to complete a Fellowship in Medical Toxicology at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix under the University of Arizona.
During his toxicology training, he became interested in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine and went on to complete a combined Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix. During his fellowships, he had advanced training in Fibrotic Lung Diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension and Advanced Lung Diseases.

Dr. Bosak is a certified independent medical examiner by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and has experience and training in independent medical examinations, disability and impairment ratings (AMA 6th edition).
