Dr. Bosak began his medical career in beautiful St. Martin in the Lesser Antilles at The American University of the Caribbean Medical School along with completing one year of medical training in London, England. After completion of his Internal Medicine Residency at The University of Missouri he moved out west to complete a Fellowship in Medical Toxicology at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix under the University of Arizona.
During his toxicology training, Dr. Bosak became interested in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine after caring for critically ill toxicology patients and drug induced, occupational and environmental lung disorders. After two years of Toxicology Fellowship he went on to complete a combined Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix, graduating in June 2017. During his fellowship, he had advanced training in Fibrotic Lung Diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension and Drug Induced Lung Disease. After twelve years of extensive medical training he is ready to provide outstanding care to his patients. Dr. Bosak is currently the only physician in the United States that is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Medical Toxicology.

Dr. Bosak is a certified independent medical examiner by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and has experience training in independent examinations, disability and impairment ratings(AMA 6th edition).
Dr. Bosak excels at providing first-rate medical care that is compassionate and evidence-based to provide a comprehensive overall care ideology. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Bosak has a personal and laid-back Midwestern demeanor which compliments his patient care. Evident by his medical training, Dr. Bosak is one of a few physicians with board certifications in Pulmonary Medicine and Medical Toxicology to properly diagnose and treat uncommon lung disorders related to occupational, environmental, inhalational and drug induced lung diseases.
During his free time, Dr. Bosak enjoys spending time with his new bride Chelsea who is currently a critical care nurse at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix with plans to continue her education as a Nurse Practitioner. He also enjoys traveling abroad, road and mountain biking, hiking and considers himself a beer aficionado. Dr. Bosak is our newest addition to Sunrise Medical and we are excited to have him.
