Working Hours:
Our telephones are answered from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Contacting Your Physician:
Our physicians begin their day at the hospital and arrive at our offices to begin seeing patients in the later morning. Although the doctor’s assistant is in the office, she is usually on the telephone returning patient calls, contacting insurance companies to receive approval for doctor ordered tests or home equipment. It is for this reason that you may be connected to your doctor’s assistant voice mailbox. Every patient is important to us, and we will return your call in a timely manner.
Financial Policy
Please bring your insurance card to each visit. If your insurance changes, please contact our office to confirm that we are contracted with your new insurance plan. If your insurance requires a copay for services rendered, it is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover). Any other amounts due from you after insurance will be billed.
If your insurance requires a referral, it is your responsibility to be aware of this, and to obtain the referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and/or your insurance company. While we will always try to be helpful, it is your responsibility to know the details of your insurance policy and whether your insurance requires you to be pre-approved for care. Your appointment may be rescheduled if your referral is not received prior to your visit.
